About Our Neighborhood

Our community is in Ward 7, between Kenilworth Avenue and the Anacostia River. Like Eastland Gardens, Kenilworth and River Terrace we share this unique geography.

Our community is one of the fastest growing in Ward 7. Since 2005 more than 200 new homes have been built, and many, many more are on the way. We have new parks, new schools and even new bridges and bike paths. It's an exciting time to be in our community. However, all this growth means that our community needs to be well informed about these changes, and ready to act to ensure our voices are heard.

It will be amended as each case works its way through zoning. Here is the previous CBA approved by ANC 7D for 05-28A back in 2006. Lastly here's The Original 1st Stage Planned Unit Development approved in 2006.
